This apartment was temporary for us, and we still had to move out early. The first week a rain storm left us with a leaky roof. We were told that things were being remodeled and our roof would be fixed. The "fix" was hanging a tarp inside the apartment. This caused a mold problem. After several attempts to getting this fixed we were told by Diane (who will not give out her last name or the managment company)that she would not live there if mold was growing in the apartment. WHen asked why she would not fix it for us she replied that she thought we had already moved out and that the apartment was vacant. We spent the rest of our lease in a hotel and never heard from her again, no refund, no apologies, NOTHING! I would advise that even if you do live there get out now!
