I have lived at Villaggio for a year now and in the past 7 months the complex has been sold and the units are being turned into condos for sale. They are remodling the entire complex including the units that are still occupied by renters. There are multiple holes in my walls that have been put there so they can redo the water pipes, they are only taped and cardboarded over. The water has been shut off almost ever other day lately and most of the time without any notice and for 8 hours at a time. I have an 8 month old and water is a vital thing. We have termites everywhere and mold in the bathrooms like no other. A neighbor's husband has been in the hospital for 4 weeks now due to the mold and found out most of the units have asbestos problems. Also Villggio had its workers rip out our landing (we are on the second floor) without any notice and we could not leave our apartment from 7:30 A.M till 4 P.M. unless we wanted to climb down a ladder with our 8 month old. Last but not least during July of this year they had to re-tar the roof and removed the aircondtioner without notification and we were told it was going to take 4 weeks to finish. Villaggio does not care about its tenants and are violating civil codes. I would never suggest anyone rent or buy here. qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai
