Absolutely disgusting

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2001

I hated every minute of my lease with Villaggio for the following reasons: apartments are old and in need of repair (carpet was old and filthy, cabinets are ancient, mold EVERYWHERE); staff is not helpful and sometimes very rude; the entire complex is dirty (no grounds-crew) and unsafe; rent raises; car break-ins; parking canopy caught FIRE and cars burned to the ground (vandalism, not exactly Villaggio's fault); thugs and filth galore!
