This place looks pretty when driving up...and thats about where the good comments stop. The staff are horrible, they're always changing, so if you go into the main office one month and talk to someone, chances are, you'll never see that person again. The parking is laughable. You get one assigned spot which is litterally so small, unless you drive a mini or a motorcycle, don't bother even trying. The uncovered spots are all guest parking, however the lovely tennants like to play "lets see who can park in the most spots at once" game. It's not uncommon to see 10 (horribly measuered out) parking spaces, completely filled by 4 or 5 vehicles. The apartments are cheap. The walls are seriously so thin, i can hear pthe footsteps of people outside walking by. The location is equally horrible. Between being located off of Camino Del Norte and the I-15, you get to hear traffic on a daily basis. Add in the fact that their are houses up the hill that have loud parties EVERY WEEKEND from about 10am to 12pm, and you start to understand my pain. We have seen THREE different maintenance workers employed here digging through the dumpsters on an almost daily basis...wait, thats not the best part...they do it at 6am so thanks to the paper thin walls afore mentioned, you have your own personal alarm clock...and believe me, you WILL WAKE UP. We have mentioned this to the staff on 4 seperate occations and they stated, "Call the courtesy patrol." Well, that would be great, but the courtesy patrol doesn't start their shift until 9am, and they will tell you that flat out, and quite rudely. Cats run free in the neighbor hood and because of this, their is a HORRIBLE flee problem, we didn't even have a pet and our apartment had flees. One of the tennants here pots plants or something and has so many that they go all the way down their stairs and out around their building. Ugly, but whatever. The problem is that they spray pesticide or some other chemical on it in the afternoon, so try not to have your windows open, Lord only knows what kind of health issues you'll get. Tennants drive through (no exagerration) AT LEAST once a night around 1ish - 3ish AM, blaring their music. Again, the staff will prove to be unhelpful to you if you let them know. One more little tid-bit for ya. Just type the name of the apartment comlex in google. At least the first 7 links are to various murder/suicide reports that occured in the apartments...well NO FREAKIN' WONDER WHY, THEY WERE STUCK IN THIS HELL! I had no idea that Rancho Bernardo had a ghetto, and then I moved here. Oh my God, if you have even half a brain stay the hell away from this place!
