From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/22/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   BEWARE I just received my detailed repair sheet, I am so glad i got a promo when i first moved in, they paid my 500.00 deposit. According to that sheet they pay an in house cleaning person $17 an hour to clean the apartment for 5 hours, really 17 dollars an hour''' I should really reconsider my career choice because that person "makes" almost as much as I do. I am really aggrivated, I was dumb enough to stay in this complex (i had to transfer to a smaller apartment because my rent was being raised) and now im worried how much im gonna get ripped off in a year. so in total i have to pay $300, imagine putting down $500 for your deposit and then being told that you have to pay an additional $300 Its really sad that they do shady business like that i really hope they can sleep at nite.
