Yo!

Don't expect any help from the staff...

I have called, written letters and gone into the office to complain about excessively loud neighbors with a dog that is obviously outside of the weight limit and they won't do anything about it. This dog used to pee over the side of the balcony upstairs onto my balcony, and has peed on me while I was standing ON MY OWN patio. They switched to pee pads and their kid now throws them over the edge of the balcony onto mine.
I can hear them walking [although it sounds like they might be stamping their feet], running, yelling, having sex [which became more and more disgusting as I could hear them in more and more parts of my house], watching television, disciplining the kids and basically everything else that they do, including, but not limited to, playing loud music between the hours of 10 pm and 2 am and then starting again nice and early at 5 am.
We have termites in the master bathroom from the "remodel" where they moved the vent in the bathroom and left an opening inside the walls. We have a flea problem even though our cats were flea free upon move in [even though the monthly newsletter says it's not allowed, there are still up to three cats that are free-roamers and like to come scare the crap out of my cats]. No amount of bombing, vacuuming, advantage and baths has done anything to the flea problem.
The carpeting is a joke, the kitchen is hideously small with almost no cabinet space, the one closet you get is out on the patio and trying to park is a nightmare. Our one assigned spot is on the other end of the parking lot, when everyone living around us has one right out front but parks in the closest guest parking anyway. We've also had cars broken into.
We thought it was homeless people diving in the dumpsters for cans, but I guess it's the maintenance people (who I'm assuming are too busy digging in the trash to fix the light on my patio that hasn't worked since I moved in....).

It's really not worth all the anger and frustration I've had to deal with, and luckily I know to check out reviews FIRST now...
