First they faked about move in special, second Oh! what a noize!. 3rd, you'll hear guys next door chatting and doing things as you are their room mate and you can tell where the guy living upper floor exactly stand and facing which wall. May be you can hear what he grumble about his room. But VOR charge you anearly two grand! What a mansion! Oh, I recommend you try fancy cable TV! they pluck off 50 box from your pocket. And you need to prepare for drains. they flood so often. Gosh, I need to hit jackpot to live here!
