The new manager doesn't know what he's doing!

I was looking at an apartment and the manager started 'hitting' on me! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I feel bad for anybody who lives there. I would NEVER feel comfortable living there, since he has all the keys to he apartments... He didn't really know what he was doing either. It didn't matter anyways, since I will not be going back.
That was VERY unconfortable. Gross...I would not rent there because of that.
