Awesome apartment From: john@rome.ro Date posted: 9/4/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   I've lived here for 18 months and this place is just awesome. I have a two car garage, 2 bed/2 bath apartment and it's super quiet, extremely clean (like Disneyland), beautiful grass, excellent management. It's very peaceful and the price is great. It's very close to an excellent intersection (Westview & Mira Mesa Blvd) that has lots of shopping, movies, food, etc. but you don't pay the price for being right in the middle of it. The only negatives I can list are that there's no extra parking within the complex for your friends - they'll have to park on the street and walk in. And if someone parks in front of your garage, they will totally tow the vehicle out of the complex - usually while everyone's sleeping. So don't do that. Other than that, everything is awesome.
