i moved into westview from upstate new york, and it was excellent. the office staff is top notch and super friendly. they all knew me by name by the time i got here with my uhaul, and while i was driving across the country, they called me to make sure everything was going well since the area around my old home was flooded.
everything in the lease is very straightforward. they are honest and truly make you feel at home.
as for the apartment... it's great! very clean and spacious (the kitchen-living room-dining room is bigger than my last apartment). the unit i moved into was completely re-carpeted just before i got here. both bathrooms are a good size (i LOVE the bathtub in the master bath - huge! with a massaging shower head already in there). the bedrooms are a decent size (with large closets). the smaller bedroom would be a bit tight with a larger bed though. there is also a washer and dryer included. and the patio is fantastic. i LOVE having a garage (the 2 bedroom units have a 1 car garage with another assigned parking space right outside). i love my neighbors. i haven't heard a sound from them through the walls (a welcome change from my old apartment). when i moved in, four of my neighbors came to help me bring up my furniture.
plus... pet friendly. for renting, it can't get much better than that.
this place is fantastic. i consider myself very lucky.
