We lived here for a year and for the most part it was ok. Office staff were nice until we moved in. The garages are attached and pass through to the appartment. This means that you pretty much don't use the front door. Now the problem is that they don't put forth much in the way of effort to notify you that they're coming in. they put a note on the front door, which we never use. So they say they notified you and you didn't get notified. I suppose they satisfied the law but they've got a lot to learn about customer service. On one instance I tried to reschedule one of their entries because we didn't learn about it until the maintenance guy came through the door, he was very polite and said he'd come back later. I called the office to schedule their maintenance for the following week, no one answered the phone. I called three times over the next four hours and everytime I got the answering machine. I left a message and then stopped in at the office on my way from work. I was told that they simply couldn't schedule the maintenance becuase if they let me then everyone would expect it. Way to go customer service skills.
With that said, the apartments are nice and the complex is clean and secure. If you don't have to deal with the office you'll be fine.
