Winchester Apartments

Awful From: wolfcreek34@yahoo.com Date posted: 2/6/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   These apartments were awful, stuff needed reapaired in our apartment all the time and it took forver to get maintance in there. When they fianlly did come it was half fixed and broke the next week. Also the leasing office is a joke. They will tell u anything to get u to rent there. We were military staioned at Miramar and when we signed a lease we were told if my husband was sent overseas they would break the lease for us well the time came 1 month till the lease was up, they didnt break the lease and we still had to pay $1000 to get out of it. Plus them keeping everydime of our deposit plus billing us $180's. The apartment was not tore up that was just cleaning fees so they said. I would not recomend that place to everyone. The only plus is that its close to Miramar but for the money and the way the apartment runs i will take the drive...........
