Winchester Apartments

This joint is BUSTED! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/1/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   This is the worst place I've ever lived in San Diego! The buildings are falling apart and the staff is TERRIBLE. They're nice at first, but after they suck you in it's all over. Nothing that we needed repaired ever got fixed. The locks on the windows don't work and anyone can hop in anytime they want. The laundry room is a nightmare. It's the most expensive laundry room on the West Coast and one washer out of 10 works! And if you want your clothes dry, hang them outside! There's "bebe kids" running around 24/7 DESTROYING everything in sight. There's also a park next door with thugs and druggies who roam around the complex. Stay away from the filthy pool, who knows what kind of bacteria is roaming around that thing. Basically, stay as far away from this dump as you can! Don't let the model homes fool you!
