Maintenance Before fully moving into the apartment I stopped by just to drop some boxes off and the garage door would not close. I called Summit Patrol at about 7:30pm and they had someone out there within 15 minutes. Manny was very nice, got the job fixed quickly, made my garage door

Top Shelf!!! I moved into the community just after Halloween and I really like it! Everyone in the office was really friendly and the Move In process was great, my deposit was only 400 bucks!!! The last place wanted one month rent for security deposit ughhhhh.

Brand new door knob I am planing to move out and need to be inspected. During this time, when a maintenace person saw old door knobs, he voluntarily said to change them with brand new style within 20 minutes with his friend. Also they changed door bell.

Maintenance I just moved here to La Regencia had a few questions and concerns about some of the appliances. I addressed my inquiries to maintenance and to my surprise they where extremely prompt. Maintenance showed up at my door not more than half an hour later. In my opinion this is lighting fast.

Maintenance We had a problem with the sink and reported it through website yesterday.
Cesar Hernandez came in the morning and fixed it within 5 minutes.
He was friendly and quick, what else can you ask for?
