Plenty of sq. footage, washer/dryer in all units, all utilities except water paid, extra storage, HUGE balcony (in the 3BR units, anyway; average size in smaller units) Landing Apartments 40% Recommended May 08 2008: my family members car got towed in 2007, a couple of days after moving in because no one explained the regulations to me. im barely ever home and i got a bill for 60$ for water and sewer, i paid Loma Village 29% Recommended May 08 2008: EEEWWWWWW!!!! ROACHES! ROACHES! ROACHES!!!! EVERYWHERE!!!! Disgusting and unbearable. Smells like @$$ no matter how much cleaning you do. On hot days, make sure you have plans that involve A.C. on those days. Run down smelly nasty apartments a Summit at Mission Bay (formerly Bay View Summit Apartments) 22% Recommended May 07 2008: This place is a complete joke. If your expectations are extremely low then move in. If you are someone with minimal expectations this place still may not be for you. For the price it's horrid. There is mold in each Esplanade Apartments (formerly Cimmaron) 5% Recommended May 07 2008: I have lived at Esplanade for one year and nine months and this place is cursed.
