under new mgmt ... again From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/5/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   now called Villas at Bonita: Your experience depends on your courtyard. Some areas are noisy, like a block party; some are very quiet. Some areas have lots of fairly quiet pets (birds, cats, dogs) and children; others don't. Visit mid-evening Friday for a good glimpse. Maintenance has never been a problem, but who knows what new ownership will bring.
