Overpriced and undermanaged. Health hazard. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/11/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   The manager is a royal pain in the butt. Takes forever to get something done. Make sure you write it down and KEEP A COPY FOR YOURSELF as A BACKUP!!!!! Most tenants are pretty cool, a few are royal pains and whiners.
