Overpriced From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/30/2004 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004   I lived there for 2 years. The management staff function at the lowest service available. My kitchen was horrible. It is common practice for the counters to be painted over when previous tenants move out. I could never get the kitchen to look clean once the paint began to come off of the counters. Termites are a huge issue here. The outside railings are invested and falling off. The stairs are not safe as the railings are barely attached. The entire complex needs to be tented and fumigated. All stairs and upstairs entries need to be fixed our out right replaced. Not safe. I had to fight the management on installing a front door with a lock. They have a policy to install only a locking deadbolt on the front doors. Parking is not inforced. There are several broken down vehicles collecting dust and webs throughout the parking area. This was once a good complex but has been neglected over the years due to several changes of ownership.
