Unruly Residents From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/12/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006 1 response   You know I've always found it interesting that no one ever has anything nice to say when you are asked to be respectful of others. It's unfortunate that those who DO write a review are mostly the complainers. I've resided here for over two years and yes, like any apt. property, there are ups and downs. I've seen staff change for the BETTER. Past management was 'nice' but were ineffective in handling unruly residents. And seemed to add to the unruly population by letting more reside here. Since the new staff has been here, I've seen rules get a little more tight. Unruly residents whip into shape. I'm sure not all of it is picture perfect but what neighborhood is' This is a beautiful property and staff does MORE than they should to try to make things a better situation for ALL residents, not just some. It's unfortunate that they haven't been acknowledged for their positive efforts. Residents' that may choose to write a rating should really re-evaluate their position before writing. It sounds to me some of these reviews are more PERSONAL attacks rather than professional. And those that do have a legitimate complaint shouldn't waste their time complaining on a website. What did it accomplish' Did you get that door fixed' that light changed' Or did you just continue to blow steam' This is a great place to live when you know how to co habitate with others. Problem is we have a handful of residents who just don't seem to care. But I'm sure they will soon be moving on, and leave us with peace of mind that our Community is only going to get BETTER!
