The apartments are very big, but the Manager is a b---- she will tell you one thing and do another. Everytime I went to turn in my rent there was always a different "grace period" for rental payments one time I paid my rent on the 2nd and there was no late fee "You have until the third" she said. The next month I paid it again on the 2nd and there was a $50 fee. The following month I paid it on the 2nd agian and there was a $75 late fee. I think that she not only rips off the Managment Company but also the the tentants. The other staff are great but -Sherry, stay clear of her, she is a liar and will not give your deposit even if your a clean freak.

The manager's name is not Sherry. It's a new manager. Sherry hasn't been at Mountain view since November of last year. At least with her you knew what to expect! The law laid down! This new manager is so wishy washy she doesn't know her ass from her mouth! which is why you are probably right! She is probably ripping off tenants AND the management group!

It states in you lease how much your late fee is, she cannot chage it unlesss you sign a new lease. It also states what day rent is late in your lease.
