not the best of the best but not bad either. my biggest complaint is parking and maintanance. no matter how many rooms or people on the lease you get only one assigned spot and all the other open spots are very far from the apartments. maintaince takes days to complete their job, they always say theyre booked. managament is very nice and responds quickly to complaints reguarding other tenants. area is nice and safe. lit well at night. pet friendly. a little pricy but most apartments were re-furbished and have very nice kitchens equiped with all major appliances including fridge. not enough storage space. close to most major freeways, grocery store, walmart, target, and post-office. friendly neighbors. great amenities (nice pool, jacuzzi, and gym), but close early. great laundry facility. has many in good condition washers and dryers. although its 2 bucks just to wash and dry a single load. i stayed here for over a year and only moving due to rising rent. overall i would recomend to most people.
