not worth it From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/30/2005 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005   I HAD 2 CAR BREAK-INS AND ONE CAR STOLEN FROM THE CARPORT! THIS HAS HAPPENED TO ALMOST EVERYONE HERE AND MANAGEMENT PRETENDS TO CARE BUT DOES NOTHING. MANAGEMENT PUT UP CAMERAS THAT DON'T WORK AND NEVER DID SO DONT BE FOOLED BY THAT. BROKEN SHOWER, DIRTY CARPET, OLD APPLIANCES, RODENT PROBLEM. WHEN SOMEONE MOVES OUT THE MAINTAINANCE COMES IN WITH A PAINT SPRAY GUN AND SPRAY EVERYTHING INCLUDING COUNTER TOPS, SINKS, AND BATHTUB! ITS A GOOD TRICK BUT WHO KNOWS WHAT IS UNDER THERE. MANAGEMENT IS FRIENDLY BUT UNPRODUCTIVE AND HARD TO FIND. LOTS OF UNSUPERVISED KIDS. BEST THING ABOUT THIS PLACE IS THAT IT IS SO CLOSE TO THE FREEWAY. (WHICH WE WILL BE USING TO MOVE AWY AS SOON AS POSSIBLE)
