New Resident From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/13/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   Property has new owners & new management(7-15-06). The new management seems to be making a genuine effort in revitalizing the complex.My unit had new carpet, paint, and was very clean when I moved in. My repair requests have been taken care of right away to my satisfaction. There is now, new video cameras in the parking areas, and a pest control service, and the grounds are well kept.
