Economical From: famillyforhim Date posted: 9/11/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006 1 response   My familly and I have lived here for the past six months. I have seen problem tenants evicted recently. I understand these were the last of the bad tenants from the previous Management and owners. The manager is tough but fair. I do not recomend it to anyone who can not abide by the house and lease rules. I personaly like the strict rules, it keeps the good people around, and send the others on their way
