I signed a 1 year lease in Sept. 2007. I have been very happy with my home ever since the first day! My lease is coming up for renewal at the end of this summer. I am planning on signing the longest lease possible! This should prove that I am happy renter!!! I have been very pleased with the everything about my apartment. I feel that this is the best complex in town. Everything that I have wanted is located at my finger tips. My neighbors (next door) are very loud, annoying and discourtesy!! My issues were handled once I complained to management. There has been a few maintenance issues that were taken care of immediately. Now, as far as the water boiler complaints...Yes, it did break down a couple of months ago, but it was fixed with in two days!!!!! My hot water in my unit kicks ass!!! I feel that the office staffed handled everything in a timely fashion. Overall, I would recommend anyone to rent from this complex.

You're an idiot. Have you gotten any of those college Resident Advisor-type "love notes" dictating what you can have on your balcony? We moved out a month ago, and we're pleased as punch to get out of that hell hole.
