Nice building to live in - The apartment is located at 337 Fulton Street.
The apartment has a small bathroom, small kitchen, a bedroom and a medium sized living room. It has hard wood floors, gas stove, dishwasher, plenty of cabinets in the kitchen, and two big closets. There is a laundry room downstairs with two washers ($1.50 per load) and two dryers ($1.00 per load).

Nice place to live! - I've lived here for 6 months, and my apartment is really nice! Hardwood floors, lots of light (in a corner unit) and the management is responsive. Plus, there is off street parking included in the rent. The building was built in the 50's, so while there are some quirks, like a leaky radiator, this place is definitely not in disrepair. Rent is at the high end of ...Full review of 455 Euclid Avenue Apartments

Serenity & views tainted by Scrooge-like owners - I have lived in San Francisco for 15 years, and for the past 2 years, I have lived here. When I saw the apartment, approximately 800 sq. ft. on the SSE corner of the building, I pretty much fell in love. Spacious and well laid out, I figured this would be my dream place for the next several years, until the time I might be able to get back in to owning. But there have ...Full review of 98 Parkridge Apartments

High End Apartment Complex - Many amenities that make this truly a high class living arrangement... concierge service, media theater, ammenities room that looks like a restaurant (with kitchen and living room), full gym, offices, conference rooms... you name it, this place has got it.

However, tenants here, for such a nice place, sometimes treat it poorly. They are messier than many of the places I've lived in ...Full review of Metropolitan

Wonderful building, tenants, handyman and landlord. - We have recently left this building after three years there. It was a terrific experience and we were sad to leave. We can't say enough about the work of the handyman Erick, who was always prompt and never ran into anything he couldn't fix. The landlord, Robert, was very accomodating with all of our requests. Our neighbours were all young professionals and the building was ...Full review of 10 Capra Way Apartments

Fantastic Apartments, Noisy Neighborhood - The Lofts at One Powell is a first-rate property. The units are spacious, well-appointed, spotlessly maintained and in a landmark building. Most of the apartments have very tall ceilings (15 feet in my case), which adds to the air of openness and luxury. The public areas were always well-maintained and tastefully furnished. The public deck was my favorite spot, looking toward ...Full review of Lofts at One Powell

Assisted Living - Bad Social Worker - Senior building with mostly Chinese tenants and staff. The social worker, Ell*n nags at or lectures you every time she talks, like she´s your mother or something. Can´t stop prying into your business yet limits what she will do for you if you need her help.

The building Manager, Will*e is great. Very responsive, personable, and kind. Great garden and lobby area (rec room, ...Full review of Ceatrice Polite Apartments
