Great location, OK apts, not so great management - The building is very conveniently located right on the 1 busline and a few blocks away from Fillmore, where there are tons of restaurants, cafes, stores, drycleaners, and (an overpriced) grocery store. Its a great location and only takes 15 minutes door to door to get to the finance district on the bus. The area is pretty safe and the building is secure.
