mostly sucked! - We lived at this apartment for 18 months, and i would say for the rent charged, it has not been worth it. I think we had a lot of health problems (i.e. colds, coughs, headaches, etc.) because there is poor circulation in the apartments and because the apartments are so warm. Also, they raised the amount/month on parking, which is ridiculous! As if they were not ...Full review of Mission Place

Worst management ever; loud street noise; no neighborhood - You will feel very isolated if you move to this part of San Francisco. It might be close to downtown, but it's not quite close enough. That is, you still have to go through lots of seedy parts of SOMA to get between the financial district and back to Avalon. Second, there are no real options as far as affordable restaurants go, and you can only go to Panera Bread so many ...Full review of Avalon at Mission Bay North

Wave bye bye to your deposit - Of the larger management companies I have had to deal with, these guys are definitely amongst the worst. Long story short: They are unpleasant to deal with, do not respect tenant's privacy (they enter your place with no prior notice) and they keep half the deposit for no reason whatsoever (I spent 2 hours cleaning my 400 sq. ft. studio and still got charge $250 by them for cleaning ...Full review of Trinity Properties

Good location, aweful landlords - I've been living in the Northpoint Apartments for almost 6 years (in January). Although I love the location, (close to downtown, Safeway, Trader Joe's and not to mention my job) there are MANY things I dislike about Northpoint. Not only is it pretty much impossible to get in touch with anyone in the management office, (not to mention that calls are almost always put ...Full review of Northpoint Apartments

Do NOT RENT this place. Eager to leave - I signed my lease at the Fillmore Center a month ago, and was excited about living in a vibrant area with a well-kept community. Shock on me! I was extremely disappointed by these things: 1) Exorbitant rent: > $1650 for a crappy small studio 2) Very dingy neighborhood: it's near Western Addition (AKA the hood), and you will often hear gun-shots, see broken glass on the side walks ...Full review of Fillmore Center Apartments
