Tenant - The owner is a real nice person and is not a physco....he cares about his tenants safety in a high rise building, making sure everything is earthquake proof and fire proof and even takes care of the housework himself. That is dedication, not physco...
i would rather have a owner who is around than to be missing. The owners are the sweetest people. ...Full review of View Tower Apartments

La Mirada Apartments

REMOVE ABOVE COMPLETELY ERRONEOUS REVIEW - The La Mirada at 1100 Union is not an apartment building. This is a co-operative, wholly owned by the shareholders. We have a full time Resident Manager who has been with us for twentyfive years, 24 hour doorman service, and no pool, spa, or healthclub, which are referred to in the above review. We have never permitted rental of our units and renting is against our ...Full review of La Mirada Apartments

Economical Living - I have to say that my overall experience with this building has been good. While it is not exactly one of the nicest buildings in the city in the nicest area of the city it is also not the most expensive either. The manager and the company that runs the building have been good about keeping the building secure and maintenance issues are always dealt with. I would recommend it to people with ...Full review of Eighty-one Ninth Street

Too much money for too many problems - It´s a beautiful old building near the Union Square center of town that looks great from the outside, but not so good once you start moving in. The elevators are too small for almost all standard sized furniture and are frequently out of order. The resident manager is a nice elderly gentleman who sleeps in the lobby when he is able to move. The wiring and plumbing are dangerous to life and ...Full review of Crown Towers Apartments

Rude Staff? what?? I loved this place - This was one of the first places I lived at when I moved to SF. The units were clean, quiet and in a good location on lower nob hill. The staff were SUPER HELPFUL - they even loaned me their laptop so I didn't have to go to Kinko's to look at craigslist.org for a permanent room. Free dsl, free coffee, teas, pastries, breakfast bars in the a.m. A nice little market ...Full review of Mayflower Hotel Apartment

DON´T LIVE HERE - Don?t live there. it?s like a madhouse/elderly psychiatric building, crazy tenants, irresponsible manager who tells his assistant to do everything or refer you to the program services people who don?t know management issues. some security issues with questionable visitors of the tenants coming in and out. fire alarm always get set off for no reason. younger tenants knock on your door at night for ...Full review of Woolf House Apartments

OK let's be real - this is the WORST hood in SF - Just in case someone new reads the previous post, Bayview-Hunter's Point is NOT a wonderful neighborhood. It is SF's WORST and it's a shame that SF just keeps on doing NOTHING about it. I guess they (meaning the SF gov't) thinks no one will look here who is new because it is in such an out of the way area of the city. But the plight of this neighborhood continues and lots of ...Full review of Bayview Hunter's Point

A Balanced Review - I lived here a few years ago; it was a pretty good place except it was a nightmare listening to all the noise from the Fillmore street. Plus sound reveberations from the Fillmore Auditorium. Plus jazz players jam until 5am at Rassella's next door. Either they needed (or need) to sound-proof their windows or do SOMETHING about it. Their are not many electrical outlets either. This may ...Full review of Fillmore Plaza Apartments
