The apartments were well kept up. The management company is reasonable and quick to respond to maintenance requests or complaints. The apartments are nice, although expensive. The only word of caution is that the south-facing apartments (on the Pacific Ave. side) get a lot of sun - and thus, can get VERY HOT on sunny afternoons. Opening the windows and fans don?t help much, and there is no air conditioning in the apartments - typical of San Francisco. Getting a parking space costs extra money, although supposedly street parking isn?t too hard to find and is pretty safe. There are laundry facilities in the basement and no gym. The best thing about the building is definitely the management and their maintenance of the apartments.
