I just left this apartment after two years because I was moving cities. It was great. Fantastic management. Nice apartments. Good location. It is a bit pricey, but it is certainly reasonable for the San Fran apartment. Some have said the Franklin side of the building is loud, but I lived on that side and didn't notice there being a lot of noise. I'm not very noise sensitive though. If I return to San Francisco, I would want to move back into this building.
