Beautiful apartment, terrible landlord company From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/16/2001 Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2001   Nice area, great apartment (hardwood floors, crown moldings). However, apartment management company absolutely horrible. They are rude, never return phone calls, purposely cash rent checks late to charge fees, etc. And Apt is OVERPRICED, OVERPRICED, OVERPRICED. NO parking (19 spots for 49 apts). Street parking isn't the worst, but isn't the best either. If you wake up early to move your car, it's ok. Near Union Street which is nice. Back apts quiet.
