Charming apartments, TERRIBLE management and maintenance From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/23/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   This is a beautiful building with true San Francisco charm, but the management company and resident manager make it not worth it to live there. Difficult to deal with, unresponsive, extremely slow with even the simplest maintenance, and the building is not kept up very well at all (outdated fixtures and electrical wiring, a lot of plumbing problems, unclean common areas, etc). You can get a lot more in the Pacific Heights/Marina area for the same price - look elsewhere!
