Amazing Views which you pay for

The views of the bay from the Golden Gate to Alcatraz are unparalleled. Though each apartment varies a great deal, the junior one bedroom I stayed in was nicely modeled and had a great floor plan. The management is cold and pushy, but I didn't have to interact with them very much so I didn't mind. The building feels empty since you hardly see any neighbors, but the few people I did meet were great. My main complaint is that the power bills are out of control because of the inefficient heaters and bad insulation / leaky windows. I easily pay $120 a month on power without being wasteful. The building is also not very attractive with a disgusting orange and blue color scheme and 70's style lobby.
