I was mugged a few days after moving into the apartment, had my whole purse taken from me. I went into the office frazzled and upset to get new keys. They just stared blankly at me until one of them said, "well it's $25 for each new key"--that's $100 total! It was liked being robbed twice! While I was filling out paperwork for the keys, a guy ran into the office and said his bike had been stolen from the garage, where it was locked in the bike area. No one batted an eye except the same genius who had addressed me, "Well, we're not responsible!" He said that he just wanted them to know that there was obviously an issue with security in the garage. The poor guy just stood there, no one even saying anything to him! He just hung his head and walked away. Not that I wanted sympathy, but a little aknowlegement that a lousy thing happened to me would have changed my whole opinion of the building, and the management. If someone had just said, "Hey, sorry that happened, let's get the paperwork started to get you some new keys." then paying for them would have had a little less of a sting. Trinity REALLY needs to work on customer service.

yes, while the apartment itself is ok [though clearly not maintained] it is in-fact the staff and the management that causes all the problems. at every moment all they look to do is find a reason to steal your security deposit, charge for parking and then ignore the vandalism. Really, living there was one of my worst decisions of my life.

I thought I had lost my keys recently and went to the office to see what I should do. The girl's response? "Well, we only have one copy of your keys." That was it. She waited for the other girl to get off the phone while I stood there feeling a bit foolish. That's how I always feel when I go to the office- invisible. I waited several minutes in the lobby and eventually found my keys. She had my name, my room number, but I wasn't surprised that they never called me back or to follow up.

Sayyy... Like..someone stole my Polyester disco outfit out of the lobby one day. I was pissed: from my platforms to my fro. I did a line of cocaine and went back into the office. GUESS WHAT?? One of staff members in the office was wearing it! I asked for it and he hit it! He hit my hair! Well..we went into the lobby, I put in my 8-track Andy Gibb tape and we boogied like it was 1978. Slick, baby. Slick. Funkadelicized

The building is ok, but the staff in the office is a real turn off. Maybe they just really hate their jobs? Whatever their issues are, they seem to get a kick out of telling their residents "um, no" in a snotty voice, and reciting their rules. I feel like I am living in a college dorm and they are like the pole-up-their-a** RAs.
