Awful and the Worst From: trinitysucks1106 Date posted: 11/20/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   Really, you have been warned - if you live here you are a masachist. Trinity Management and 2000 Broadway have: - allowed at least $10,000 in damange to occur to cars parked in its garages. They take no responsibility however refuse, despite multiple requests, to employ sufficient security - allowed at least 20 criminal events to occur on its property since 2005 [according to SFPD police database] - Notorious for stealing security deposits [see prior postings and according to my conversations] - have a scam where they do not reimburse remaining balances on laundry cards but price the cards to almost ensure that people have a remaining balance on their laundry cards - Place the most incompetent of its staff in the office to ensure that the residents of the building are not enabled with customer feedback.
