Due to my work I relocate all across the country every 3 months to the tune of approximately 22 apartments in the past 5 and a half years, and I am not exaggerating when I say this is the absolute worst apartment building and management team I have ever used. The building management team is rude, they talk about you when they don't think you hear them, they make faces to each other when they don't think your looking, and they give you such a nasty attitude anytime you bring anything to their attention that they make you want to scream.
The so called gated parking garages are ridiculous. During my stay here my truck and at least 3 other vehicles were broken into, and all the management had to say about it was; "If they took your garage opener you will have to pay $100, other than that it is not our responsibility to keep your vehicle safe, call the police.". After this happened they hired some laborers that propped open the door that was supposed to be locked from the garage to the elevators into the building, and did nothing about it after they were notified. Also while I was here the management had carpet installers in to replace the carpet in some units, and directed them to park in front of the only garage door for my garage. When they were notified of this, so I could park after working a night shift, it took them 45 minutes to get the installers to move their van. The second time this happened I was trying to leave the building in an emergency, when I squeezed out of the garage my vehicle was damaged. I reported this and was told that I should have called the manager, which I already had done but didn't have 30 minutes to wait for them to move the vehicle. Trinity Management takes absolutely no responsibility for the poor staff that they employ and they don't respect any tenants as customers.
The apartments are small, drafty, and totally outdated. The antiquated heater in my apartment never regulated and the apartment was cold almost all the time, unless I turned it all the way up then it was a sweat box. The move in condition of my apartment was at best a mess. My blinds were sticky and smelled like maple syrup, there were stains on the bathroom sink and the kitchen counter was marked up.
Overall I wouldn't recommend this place to a homeless person to stay in.
