This hundred year old building is not earthquake safe.
No pets allow, except the rats and mice. Serious rodent problems in apartments, halls and basement.
Foul orders.
Elevator to fourth and top floor doesn't always make it and is frequently broken down for days.
Windows rattle and quite drafty.
Repair requests are often forgotten or done totally wrong and they always leave a mess for you to clean up.
Totaling depressing.

I don't agree with this review. I'm a current resident and it's an excellent place to live in a wonderful neighborhood. I know there's new management for one thing. Maybe that person had some disagreement with the owner. That review didn't make sense. It's like that person was living somewhere else not 2059 Market St. Very strange. I love the building and my neighbors are great. It's quiet, safe, no pests, good maintainence. I wouldn't be surprised if it's a a city landmark someday.
