Parking is better than most areas... there is the occasional 5-minute circling but in most cases, street parking is available within a block. Comfie Place to Live! - I came from the Opera Plaza which is a really swanky place (so I know what upscale is) but the Landmark building is not as bad as the previous reviewer made it out to be. The street is really safe, there are cops that patrol constantly. The building is locked down and seems safe with the security cameras. EXCELLENT LANDLORD - My husband and I lived here summer of 2000 to summer of 2001 Apt. 401. It was great. The landlord was absolutely the best landlord ever. The building was always clean and we felt safe. He would fix any problems in the apartment in a timely fashion. He cared about his tenants. Very hard working. Great person. We missed our apartment hope to come visit San Francisco one day.
