Small but quiet and good central location - Bulding has 160 units, 4 of those are junior one bedrooms, the rest are studios of approximately 300 square feet. It´s a quiet building (although an outer apt facing the street would have traffic noise), almost all single people of all ages. Nice, Clean Quiet Building - The onsite manager is excellent. Since she lives in the building, she keeps it clean and as secure as possible.
