I've been living in the Northpoint Apartments for almost 6 years (in January). Although I love the location, (close to downtown, Safeway, Trader Joe's and not to mention my job) there are MANY things I dislike about Northpoint. Not only is it pretty much impossible to get in touch with anyone in the management office, (not to mention that calls are almost always put ...Full review of Northpoint Apartments

WORST management ever!!! My carpet is extremely old. I have been writing tons of emails to management asking for replace, but the best is they are doing is ignoring my request. The units in this building are low quality, with noise and odors from other residents permeating throughout the complex. The sound transfer factor is very high and the bathrooms and kitchens are not vetilated. The common areas are dark, smelly and depressing. The mangement company is rude and inflexible, partly because they are treated so poorly by the family that owns the building ...Full review of Marina Cove

Fox Plaza is a rotting community. It wasn't bad to live in a few years ago, but management's decision to sublet to Community Housing Corp. has transformed it into Archstone-Lehman's ghetto-in-the-sky. Want to get off the elevator to find cigarette butts on the floor, burns in the moulding where they were extinguished, and the overpowering smell of either weed or crack? ...Full review of Fox Plaza
