right on the park
generally courteous neighbors
J at your door
responsive management
some apts have park views
southern exposure gets plenty of light (perhaps too much!)

dislikes:

smokers in the building! - smoke comes through the bathroom vent (or floors) ... can smell up your place
poor vertical sound insulation
