The apartment was cute but the building manager was unbelievably rude and dismissive. I wouldn't live here again if somebody paid me - he refused to answer emails. If you don't want to fix a problem, fine, but at least have the courtesy to respond. It's not like we were bugging him every month. He got so nasty with me on the phone over a leak in our unit (from the unit above) ...Full review of Keystone Apartments

The current owners, The Prado Group are greedy, arrogant jerks who will screw anyone for a buck. They would much rather take you to court and harass you with their nasty lawyers than do the most basic maintenance on your unit. Unless you want your life to be hell, don't rent from them! ...Full review of Nob Hill Tower

This place has the most amazing view in the city, but that is about all it has. These apartments are "furnished," but you will wind up dropping at least $600 on buying a vacum, cleaning supplies, kitchen stuff (everything sticks to the useless pans they provide) and other basic necessities. When you move out, you're responsible for getting rid of all of that new ...Full review of Crystal Tower
