I've lived here for almost a year and am finally getting fed up to the point with our property manager that I will write about it. He is a nice older man named Bob who lives on property, but he has no business being the property manager. Anything that I have ever had a problem with has taken at least two months to fix, not to mention some things that were never fixed. He forgets everything you ever ask him and wont ever just be honest and say he forgot- he has to lie and say that he is working on it.

If I were looking for an apartment and knew about this guy before I moved in I would have seriously reconsidered. The apartments are nice but if something ever needs attention plan on doing it yourself (and not being reimbursed) or dealing with it. For the price you pay here the service should be better!
