I lived there under several management companies, and over a dozen managers. Each manager brought their own style of work or avoiding to work with the tenants and staff. In the majority of time the staff worked very hard and was paid minimum wage. I lived in the Castle Apts for 1.5 years 2006-end of 2007. The most impeccably maintained building you could imagine--the trash area was so clean, you could have thrown a dinner party there.
