Worst Building in Pacific Heights - Other than the view, I have nothing positive to say about my experience at 2000 Broadway. The staff are pretty consistently useless and rude, the building thoroughly *sucks* (noisy, cheap, and butt-ugly), and the laundry setup is a TOTAL RIP OFF... ...Full review of 2000 Broadway

Dumb Design - The person who designed this is dumb. there are no stairs to get up into the building or parking garage. I've been stuck in the garage twice when there was no power, good luck trying to get out. and when did find a way out, it was a dark maze. Want to get downstairs to the grocery store? if you're in building 4 or 1, you have to walk a long way. Also, its only one ...Full review of Oceanview Village

Fine with me from 1996 to now ups and down - it's all good. - I have lived in an Hayes Valley Properties apartment since 1996 and have seen all of the changes and heard all off the stories good and bad. When I was hurt and could not keep up on my commercial rent - they let me slide for months until I could catch up. Now I travel alot for work - gone most of the month and sometimes my rent may get there late - but I will get a courtesy call reminding me and ...Full review of Hayes Valley Properties

Thiis place SUCKS - I lived here for one year and a half without any problems. Until: 1) There was a fire in my building, a few feets from my apartment. I was at work when this happened and no one notified me. The place stunk like water and burned wood for weeks until they finally changed the carpets. They say they sent out a notice about the fire but I never got it. Usually they place it on the door but not ...Full review of Northpoint Apartments

NEVER AGAIN - I have had so many countless problems with this apartment complex. I hate it. I have lived here less than a year and I am looking for somewhere else to live. My apartment hasn't been remodeled yet since my roommate who holds the lease has been living there since before they started remodels, we pay the same as a remodeled apartment, yet we have to find somewhere to live for 8 months ...Full review of University Park North

A better value than others - So I've lived here, moved away and have now moved back. I thought I was getting a better deal by moving to Archstone South of Market/St Francis (a little further from downtown so it was a little quieter ). You know what? yeah, I was paying a little less (at the time until Archstone bought it and JACKED up rent) but I missed living in a downtown location. The location really can't ...Full review of Post Street Towers Apartments

Cheap rent, beautiful views... toxic, below sea level, and my house there got robbed - Okay, so I lived on treasure island for 2 years. Swore I'd never live there (used to visit a friend who lived there for years) but caved in and rented a place because we got a 3-bedroom dog-friendly place for $1750. The biking/walking trail around the edge of the island was awesome, the views were amazing, I even had seals poke their heads up from the water while walking my dog ...Full review of Villages at Treasure Island on Palm Ave
