Parkmerced sucks !!! - They charge for garbage, water, parking,.... and sewage!!! Every drop of water you use, is counted towards your sewage use!!! The apartment do not have a dish washer, a washing machinr or dryer. You have to fight with your neighbors everytime you need to do your laundary. University students are partying all night all over the place. Most apartments have at least 2 dogs, ...Full review of Villas Parkmerced

When I lived there, 1990-91, it was GOOD. - The reviews I've been reading of Crystal Tower sadden me. I lived there during Desert Storm, compliments of the Army, when I was assigned to Letterman Army Medical Center. At the time, it was managed by Trinity, and the resident manager was Amanda, who lived onsite. She was in the office 5 days a week and more by appointment; her buzzer listed her as manager and she would ...Full review of Crystal Tower

sexual harrassment - I moved out of this building last year due to the fact that the building manager is a creep. If you look closely you'll notice that the majority of the tenants are single women. The manager made many VERY crude comments, always saying he was in the shower when he answered the phone...invited me to stay in his apartment when i had a repair needed. The building also has an insane amount ...Full review of Alamo Square Apartments

Awful Manager - Location is great, but the manager is completely rude. After you give notice she'll schedule showings of your apartment and come in with or without your permission, even if you say that it's a bad time. The garage doors are totally broken and always hit cars, but they refuse to fix them. My car was broken into in the locked parking garage, probably because the garage ...Full review of Pacific Manor Apartments

mostly sucked! - We lived at this apartment for 18 months, and i would say for the rent charged, it has not been worth it. I think we had a lot of health problems (i.e. colds, coughs, headaches, etc.) because there is poor circulation in the apartments and because the apartments are so warm. Also, they raised the amount/month on parking, which is ridiculous! As if they were not ...Full review of Mission Place

Why This Complex Is Underrated. - I now realize, currently living in this complex, that people are more inclined to write a review if they feel negatively towards the subject. If one has a positive experience, they are less likely to write a review because customers generally expect such an experience as it is purchased by them. The legal and psychological term for this is called Entitlement - "A concept or ...Full review of Trinity Towers Apartments

Get what you pay for? Great answer (not) - That answer doesn't excuse a landlord from doing the things that were described here. And it is all true. I am a former tenant. Tenants have a right to live in habitable apartment regardless of what their rent is. IT'S THE LAW! Just because a landlord charges low rent, or a tenant can't afford better, does not give the landlord the right to subject tenants to squalor ...Full review of Ashlee Apartments

Three years and very few problems... - My wife and I moved in December of '05 and we've been here ever since. There are very few problems I've encountered at 2133 Stockton, and what problems there were, while the time taken to fix them were longer than usual, they do get the job done. The apartment itself is quiet--it's the occasional fire truck (a firehouse is up on top of the hill near the park) and car ...Full review of Trinity Properties

Used to be nice, horrible now - The building was well maintained when Oakwood managed the property. Security was excellent, the office staff was friendly and helpful and the building was very clean. After Equity took over management, the property is dirty, the garbage compactor is always out of order, there are frequent false fire alarms and the staff is not helpful. Rent is a Ripoff, Robbery, and Regular Neighborhood Shootings - The Fillmore Center is a scandal. This place has no class, morals, or integrity. For a luxury apartment you would think you wouldn't have to fear burgularies but that's not the case at in this ghetto fabulous complex. The security is a joke. The only protection they provide is financial backing for themselves. They don't care who you are, seriously I've lived here for ...Full review of Fillmore Center Apartments
