all I can say is ack. a thousand children, every single thing needs updating, in unit and throughout the bulding. Had to pay for thing. Building is falling apart. Neighbors are rude and most snoop and eavesdrop. Walls are paper thin. Elevator(s) shake. Stairs creak. Trash everywhere.
