DON'T LIVE HERE From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/8/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   building is managed (poorly) by CitiApartments, with its head security goon Andrew Hawkins who tries to intimidate residents, hanging out at the front doors all night asking for ID from anyone coming into the building. i would not recommend this place, or any place managed by ShittiApartments
