total nightmare... From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/27/2000 Years at this apartment: 1993 - 1998   when i moved in, the management was great... then, they sold and the new owner was a nightmare... he evicted 3 people in the last year that i lived there... and increased the rent by double... had those people been in any situation to fight back, they would have won based on illegal tactics... i was sexually harassed by one of the "managers"... same manager also called in the middle of the night, just to harrass me... there was a hole in my bathroom up to the next floor for several months... the owner of the building is completely immoral... find another apartment... it's not worth it...
