Manager and General Manager are SICK, MEAN, People - I have been living here for 3 months and the management has made my life hell. The location and apartment space is great but I absolutely hate it here because of Meherah and her boss. They are rude inhumane people and the owners are loosing money and reputation because of these two. DO NOT MOVE HERE ...Full review of Cathedral Hill Plaza Athletic

Like fire alarms? This is the place for you! - I was just yanked out of bed for the second time tonight due to a false fire alarm. The firemen are jaded and don't take the alarms seriously, because the building has false alarms on a regular basis. We had four (that I know of) last month, almost always after 1am, a couple the month before that, and we're a week into March and on track to break records! Judging from ...Full review of Aurora At Yerba Buena

If you fill out an application, they keep your money - I recently filled out an application for an apartment. Jerry made me get a $200.00 cashier's check in order to put in my application. He rented to someone else and will not return my calls to get my money back. There is no way a credit check costs $200.00. Hopefully he will do the honest thing and return the remainder of the money, but unfortunatly now that I read these reviews I am ...Full review of Burke-Lewis Apartments

Decent Experience, But Too Expensive - I lived at this SFSU dorm during the Summer 2008 semester, and it wasn't bad for me. The apartment itself is pretty good, with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room, and kitchen. I shared the place with 3 other roommates; 2 of us had our own bedrooms and the 2 others shared one. The apartment comes with a cable connection in every room, but internet is extra and ...Full review of Village at Centennial Square

saw crack smokers on apartment steps late night - went for a final check of rental at night and creeped out by seeing crack smokers on steps of Sutter Street congregating. broken garage fence. garbage bin strewn with fried chicken bones, RATS, RATS, RATS...decided too unsafe to live here. rental rates seem low, but at what price in exchange for safety? decided not worth it. too noisy, too dirty, ceilings look as if filled ...Full review of Golden Gate Apartments

It was fine before HUD moved in - When the places were first built, they were designed for low-income families of ALL nationalities. The front doors were glass, the grounds had grass, the places were beautifully kept and staff was well organized and professional. And everyone knew everyone else. When HUD took over, however, things became worse and neighbors on all sides began calling the places "project ...Full review of Vista Del Monte Apartments

CAREFUL! - Be very careful when you move out of this building that you aren't charged for cleaning - no matter how clean your apartment is when you move out. You'll likely be charged twice for the same cleaning; once by the building's cleaning service and again by the painters as part of their "prep" work. Other than that, the building is filthy, especially the hallway carpeting ...Full review of 860 Bush Street Apartments
