NEVER AGAIN - I have had so many countless problems with this apartment complex. I hate it. I have lived here less than a year and I am looking for somewhere else to live. My apartment hasn't been remodeled yet since my roommate who holds the lease has been living there since before they started remodels, we pay the same as a remodeled apartment, yet we have to find somewhere to live for 8 months ...Full review of University Park North

Average Place - I lived here for 18 months while working in the city. Moved due to they kept raising the rent every 3 months as I could not sign a long term deal. $5K for 2 BR/2BA in the city is a bit pricey for this place. Cheap carpet, dirty common areas, and lack of air conditioning all add up. That combined with inability to leave windows open without getting black soot all over eveything made ...Full review of 388 Beale

Beautiful Historic Apartment! - I fell in love with it when I first saw the round room that is in the middle of the place. It is very well laid out with 2 entance/exits to every room except the bathroom. I have never seen any bugs and the the backyard is beautifully maintained by award winning professionals. I hope Idont move for a long time. ...Full review of 747 Geary

It was fine before HUD moved in - When the places were first built, they were designed for low-income families of ALL nationalities. The front doors were glass, the grounds had grass, the places were beautifully kept and staff was well organized and professional. And everyone knew everyone else. When HUD took over, however, things became worse and neighbors on all sides began calling the places "project ...Full review of Vista Del Monte Apartments
