Building contains 50 units (40 studio's and 10 1BR's).
The lower level studio's can be dark, even during the day, if you're on the wrong side of the building. But at least the kitchen is fairly large and seperate so you don't have to smell last night's diner the next morning. My upstairs neighbours had a kid, so there was a lot of running around until late in the evening. That drove me crazy. But overall it's a pretty good place. Never felt unsafe, but parking is a nightmare. You don't qualify for residential parking. There is some street parking a few blocks away, but there are a lot of breakins there.
